Alexis Schneider

Alexis Schneider, Esq. is an Assistant Public Defender with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission since August 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Legal Extern at the Harrison County Public Defender Corporation, a Law Clerk at the same organization, and an intern at Blue Ridge Legal Services. Alexis's legal education was completed at West Virginia University College of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) in May 2023. Additional professional experience includes a role as a Licensed Sales Producer and Agent Assistant at Jennifer Smith Insurance Agency and as a Fiscal Technician Assistant at James Madison University Recreation.
