Brittany McGill

Brittany McGill is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Section's Employment Unit at the Virginia Office of Attorney General since March 2021. Previously, Brittany worked as an Associate Attorney at Furniss, Davis, Rashkind and Saunders, P.C., focusing on insurance defense, municipal litigation, and civil rights claims from August 2018 to March 2021. Prior judicial experience includes a role as a Judicial Law Clerk at the City of Richmond Circuit Court for The Honorable Joi Jeter Taylor and The Honorable W. Reilly Marchant. Additionally, Brittany has a background in claims adjustment with USAA and GEICO. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Hampton University.
