Assistant Attorney General at Virginia Office of the Attorney General

Daniel Ingersoll is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Virginia Office of Attorney General since September 2018. Previously, Daniel was an Associate Attorney at Heslep & Kearney, P.C. from January 2016 to August 2018 and practiced as an Attorney at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from November 2007 to July 2015, representing the Executive Director before the TCEQ Commissioners and the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Additional roles include Law Clerk positions at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Clark & Clark, as well as an internship with the Maryland Cleanup Coalition. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree in Environmental Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from Swarthmore College.
