Elena Lowe

Elena Lowe is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Virginia Office of Attorney General since October 2021. Prior to this role, Elena worked as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney at the Prince William County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and at the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Fairfax County, accumulating significant experience in prosecution. Earlier positions include legal internships at the Arlington County Commonwealth's Attorney’s Office, the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney, the San Diego District Attorney's Office, and the Kings County District Attorneys Office. Elena holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of Florida.
