Sarah Jane Constantine

Sarah Jane Constantine is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in leadership roles across various biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Currently, Sarah serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. and President of SJ Clinical Consulting, LLC. Previously, Sarah held positions including Vice President of Clinical Operations at Black Diamond Therapeutics, Magenta Therapeutics, and Radius Health, Inc., as well as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at ImmunoGen, Inc. Alongside earlier roles at TESARO, Inc., Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, and BiogenIdec Hemophilia, Sarah's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Merrimack College.
