Manny Sandhu

Manny Sandhu, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Head of Treasury, Tax and Insurance at Viridor since August 2022 and has held the position of Treasurer for the Board of Trustees at Freedom from Torture since April 2021, where also chairs the Finance, Governance, and Audit Committee. Prior experience includes roles as Group Treasurer and Senior Finance Manager at Ted Baker from May 2014 to July 2022, as well as Financial Reporting Manager at River Island in late 2013. Manny's career began at PwC, where from September 2007 to October 2013, management of audit engagements for publicly traded companies was a key responsibility, particularly in mining and consumer sectors. Academic qualifications include a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, participation in an exchange program at The University of Hong Kong further enriches the educational background.
