Glen Townshend

Glen Townshend is an experienced Program Manager currently leading initiatives at Virsae since April 2024. Previously, Glen served as a Contract Senior Delivery Lead at Watercare Services Limited, overseeing significant projects including the transition to NICE CXOne Cloud Service and enhancements in data analytics and quality management. Before that, Glen held the role of Contract Project Manager for Complex Solutions at Vodafone, delivering projects for various government and corporate clients in unified communications and contact center solutions. Glen's extensive project management experience also includes directorship at Perago Limited, where responsibilities spanned complex IT project delivery, cloud transitions, and operational service model development. Prior roles at Agile Integration Ltd, ASB Bank, and PSG further highlight Glen's expertise in managing VoIP and contact center technologies. Glen is a Massey University alumnus, having completed the first year of a Bachelor of Business Studies.
