Niklas Lampén

Niklas Lampén is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Virta Ltd since October 2024, Niklas previously held the positions of Vice President and Director of Engineering at Supermetrics from January 2018 to September 2024. In these roles, Niklas led multiple teams focused on developing and enhancing connector technologies, significantly improving development times through innovative practices. With prior experience as Lead Developer at Avoine and founder of Eventus Media Oy, Niklas has a strong entrepreneurial background, complemented by a BBA in Business Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
