Sierra Peralta

Sierra Peralta, MS, ACE-CHC, currently serves as a Health Coach at Virta Health, focusing on transforming type 2 diabetes and weight-loss care through evidence-based dietary improvements and behavior change coaching. Previously, Sierra held the position of Masters Health Coach at Calibrate, managing a panel of clientele and driving significant weight loss results. As a freelance Nutrition Coach and Health Educator, Sierra provided coaching for weight management and chronic disease prevention, while also creating educational content. Sierra's earlier career includes roles in client relations management at Thycotic, where retention rates significantly improved under supervision. Sierra holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
