Tom Dienno

Tom DiEnno is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory roles and transaction services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Virtas Partners since May 2024, Tom specializes in M&A advisory, due diligence, integration and separation, and performance improvement. As Founder of DNO Financial, established in April 2024, Tom provides accounting and advisory expertise. Prior experience includes Managing Director of Transaction Advisory Services at Portage Point Partners, Managing Director in Deal Advisory at KPMG, and Senior Associate in Audit at PwC. Tom holds a BS in Accounting from Gwynedd-Mercy University and has completed professional education in the M&A deal cycle at ACG University, alongside participating in the Leadership Philadelphia core class.
