César Marques

César Marques is a skilled front-end developer with extensive experience in web development and design. Currently serving as a Front-end Developer at Virtual Identity since July 2018, César has previously contributed to Significa Design Studio as a Web Developer and worked as a UI Designer/Front-end Developer at B-Parts.
