Aymen Z.

Aymen Z. is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies, currently serving as the Director of the Agile Department at Virtual Minds since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading Agile transformations and overseeing the performance evaluation of scrum masters. Aymen has held multiple roles in the Scrum framework, including Scrum Master at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and SAITOW AG, and has been instrumental in coaching scrum masters, conflict resolution, and process optimization within IT departments. Aymen’s earlier experience includes software development at UplinkIT GmbH and mobile development internships, alongside project management and editorial roles in various organizations. Aymen holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), completed in 2014.
