Leonil Seneca has extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as the VP of Operations at Virtual Staffing Solutions since June 2024. Prior to this role, Leonil held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Alorica from February 2013 to June 2024. Additional experience includes the role of Operations Director at Sykes Asia, Inc. from June 2012 to February 2013 and Operations Manager at APAC Customer Services from 2009 to 2012.
