Kara Miller

Kara Miller possesses extensive experience in learning and talent development, currently serving as the Regional Head of Learning for North America and Global Leader of Client Facing Delivery and Fulfillment at Visa. Previously, Kara held the position of Vice President at Comcast University, where responsibilities included overseeing educational initiatives. Additional roles include serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Exude Consulting, Director of Field Talent Development for the East Business Unit at Walmart US, and Sr. Manager of Global Professional Development at Manhattan Associates. Kara holds an M.S. in Instructional Systems Design and a B.S. in Organizational Communications, both from Florida State University.
