Serene Gay

Serene Gay is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in credit cards, personal loans, and digital marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Group Country Manager for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand at Visa since March 2022, Serene previously held key positions at Citi, including Head of Credit Cards & Personal Loans and Region Head for Client Growth. Prior roles at Mastercard Advisors involved leading consulting practices in Asia Pacific, while earlier experience at GE Money China and Citi focused on marketing and product management. Serene holds an honors degree in Business Studies with a concentration in HR and Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
