Shailesh Paul

Shailesh Paul is an experienced leader in the financial services sector with a focus on merchant acceptance and product development at Visa, where Shailesh has held various executive roles since 2006. Currently serving as the Head of Global SMB Acceptance, Shailesh is dedicated to enhancing digital payment solutions for small and emerging sellers worldwide. Previous positions include Vice President roles overseeing merchant sales, partnership development, and product strategies across Asia Pacific and South Asia. Earlier in the career, Shailesh worked at Standard Chartered Bank, MasterCard International, and Lintas, specializing in credit products, marketing initiatives, and client management. Shailesh holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and has completed advanced management and executive development programs at The Wharton School and INSEAD.
