Shamindra Peiris holds an MBA in Analytics and a BSc in Math and Statistics, bringing a robust educational background to a diverse career in analytics and data science. Currently serving as a Senior AI Product Manager for Global Fraud Analytics at Visa, Shamindra has also contributed as a professor at both Durham College and Conestoga College. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Data Scientist at Scotiabank and as a Senior Analyst in Analytics and Risk Strategy at Flexiti. Additionally, Shamindra has pursued further education in Machine Learning and Data Science, earning a Professional Certificate from Lantern Institute and a Certificate in Data Science from the University of Colombo.
