Shane Holdaway

Shane Holdaway serves as the Global Head of Card Products at Visa since July 2024, following a notable tenure as CEO and Senior Advisor at Mission Lane from July 2019 to August 2024. Previous leadership roles include CEO of Barclays US Consumer Bank from July 2018 to July 2019, and President of Capital One Canada from June 2006 to June 2018, where Shane successfully launched and grew key credit card franchises. Additionally, Shane has contributed as an independent board member for FreshBooks and innRoad, two innovative companies in the fintech and hospitality sectors, respectively. Early career experience includes strategic roles at Capital One and a foundational position at Authorize.Net, one of the earliest fintech startups. Shane holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Brigham Young University.
