Valla Vakili

Valla Vakili serves as the SVP and Global Head of Innovation at Visa, bringing extensive experience in innovation leadership from previous roles at Citi, where titles included Managing Director of Global Head of Innovation for Citi Ventures, Managing Director of the Citi Ventures Studio, and Director of the Citi Ventures Studio. Additionally, Valla held the position of VP of Mobile Products at iHeartMedia and founded Small Demons as the CEO. Valla has also contributed as a Digital Product Advisor for various organizations. Academically, Valla studied at the University of Oxford, where a DPhil was pursued in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies and a year abroad was completed in Politics.
