Eric Carmes

Eric Carmes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and coaching sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Executive Coach at VISCONTI, a leading European executive coaching firm, Eric focuses on unlocking leadership potential to benefit organizations and society. Previously, Eric founded and led 6WIND as Chief Executive Officer, successfully transforming its business model and developing high-performance network software and security solutions. Prior roles include TBU Manager at THALES Airborne Systems, where Eric managed technical units and contributed to networking solutions, and various positions at DASSAULT ELECTRONIQUE, including Team Manager and Product Marketing Manager, where Eric was responsible for innovative network products and market expansion. Eric holds engineering degrees in Networking from CentraleSupélec and Electronics from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes.
