Jean-Pierre Mota

Jean-Pierre Mota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership performance and marketing resource management. Currently a Partner at VISCONTI since 2020, Jean-Pierre specializes in enhancing the performance of CEOs and executive committees while increasing organizational value. From 2010 to 2018, Jean-Pierre founded and served as CEO of Alveos, a software publisher focused on marketing resource management, providing tools for centralizing communication elements and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur Associé at RC Group from 2003 to 2010 and as a Team Leader at Dell Technologies from 1999 to 2001. Jean-Pierre holds a DESS degree in quantitative marketing from Grenoble IAE and has completed business coaching at the Visconti school of business.
