Masood Shah

Masood Shah is an experienced senior executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Visionet Systems Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Masood Shah spent nearly 24 years at IBM, where a range of leadership positions included Associate Partner in Data & Technology Transformation, overseeing large teams to drive digital transformation in the Federal and Public Sector, and leading initiatives for a major telecommunications provider in MENA. Masood Shah also held positions such as Country Leader for IBM Consulting, managing over 250 consultants and significantly increasing business performance, as well as leading business development efforts in the telecommunications sector. Earlier experience includes roles at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services and the International Monetary Fund, focusing on financial analysis and SAP implementation. Masood Shah holds an MBA specialized in International Marketing and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Maryland.
