Matthew Burke

Matthew Burke PhD is an experienced professional in the fields of business development and sales, currently serving as an Account Executive at Visiopharm since April 2024. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Magentus, focusing on new business opportunities in radiology, pathology, and data management, along with a Senior Business Development Manager position at Philips, where responsibilities encompassed driving adoption of Digital Pathology and Oncology Informatics. Matthew also held sales roles at Philips Pathology and Hamamatsu, concentrating on digital pathology solutions and sales engineering, respectively. Academic accomplishments include a PhD in Neuropathology from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from The University of Edinburgh.
