Kimber Foster

Kimber Foster is a seasoned professional in tourism marketing and public relations, currently serving as the Director of Palm Springs Tourism at Visit Greater Palm Springs since September 2021. With a robust background in the field, including roles such as Director of Marketing & Brand Management at Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau and Advertising and Communications Manager at Destination El Paso, Kimber has demonstrated expertise in managing marketing strategies for leisure travel and special events. Additional experience includes leadership positions in various organizations, such as President of the Board of Directors for Border Art Residency, and positions at major institutions in El Paso's cultural sector. Kimber holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication/Public Relations from The University of Texas at El Paso and has completed Leadership El Paso Class XXXI.
