Charlotte Weaver

Charlotte Weaver has been a board member at Visiting Nurse Health System, Inc. since January 2016. In this role, they have chaired the Clinical Quality Committee and has been responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization.

Previously, Ms. Weaver was with PIH Health, where they served as a Hospice Atlanta board member. In this role, they were responsible for the care of terminally ill patients and their families.

Ms. Weaver is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a passion for helping others. Charlotte is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in providing quality care to their patients.

Charlotte Weaver has a PhD in Medical Anthropology from the University of California, San Francisco, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and MSPH in Anthropology; Epidemiology from the University of Washington, and a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St Elizabeth School of Nursing.
