Kathy Martin

Kathy Martin is a real estate professional who has been serving her clients and customers for over 30 years. To date she has listed and sold in excess of 1000 homes and now sells to the children of parents she sold homes to over the years.

Kathy is also a world class runner, holding world and national records in all distances. In 2013 she was inducted into the United States Track & Field Hall of Fame. Kathy remains unbeaten in her age group world-wide she competes in World Masters Athletics, has set many National and World records in distances from 800 meters to 50K. She is the winner of the Bengay Masters Athlete of the Year Award in 2004 from the United States Track and Field Association, multiple USATF triple winner for long distance, track & field and cross country master athlete of the year.
