Wil Riggins

Wil Riggins is a highly experienced aviation professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Professional Pilot at Vista America since April 2024, Riggins previously held the position of Vice President for FAA Flight Operations from August 2014 to April 2024, leading a team of over 400 aviation specialists and achieving recognition for the best large flight program in 2023. Riggins' extensive background includes roles as Deputy Vice President and Chief Pilot within the FAA, as well as significant leadership positions in the US Army, such as Product Manager for Aviation Training Systems and Colonel in the Army Budget Office. Riggins holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and advanced degrees in Systems Engineering and a Master's from the University of Texas at Austin.
