Nani Abdul Rahman

Nani Abdul Rahman is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Capital & Partner Solutions at Vista Equity Partners since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nani held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included overseeing the Institutional Client Business for South and Southeast Asia from February 2013 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Origination in Global Markets at HSBC from October 2010 to November 2012, and as an Associate in Investments at Khazanah Nasional from July 2008 to July 2010. Nani began a career in law as a Pupil in Chambers/Trainee Attorney at Skrine from July 2006 to April 2007. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade and Finance Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from International Islamic University Malaysia.
