Lauren Cox

Lauren Cox is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Vista since September 2023. Previously, Lauren was an HR Business Partner at PageGroup, where responsibilities included supporting finance, marketing, business technology, compliance, and HR talent for the UK business. Prior to that, Lauren held the position of HR Advisor at Close Brothers, providing HR support to the lending businesses and managing a diverse client group. Earlier career experience includes working as an Account Executive at Geometry Global and as a Team Assistant for multiple account teams at British American Tobacco. Lauren holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Exeter.
