Rick Kieser

Rick Kieser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the CEO of Language Logic, dba Ascribe since 2010, Rick Kieser is responsible for guiding the company's growth strategies and overseeing various operational functions. Previously, Rick held the position of COO at Ascribe, managing day-to-day operations and financial performance. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at Clean Wave Ventures, Partner at River Cities Capital Funds, and consulting positions at AT Kearney and Capgemini Consulting. Rick Kieser holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA, supplemented by training at the Venture Capital Institute. Rick Kieser is also a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., focusing on leadership development for business leaders.
