Scott Swenson

Scott Swenson has extensive experience in leadership and management within the paving industry and executive coaching. Currently serving as President and previously as Vice President at Young, Swenson, & Cross Paving, Inc. since March 2006, Scott has been pivotal in guiding the company. In addition, Scott has been a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since May 2021, engaging in CEO peer advisory to enhance business and community outcomes. Prior to this, Scott worked as an Account Manager at Avnet Electronics from January 2000 to March 2006. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ohio University, earned from 1996 to 1999.
