Susan Germaine

Susan Germaine is an experienced Vistage Chair and Executive Coach at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since June 2001, specializing in helping high-performing CEOs and senior executives enhance their personal and professional success while positively impacting their communities. Additionally, Susan operates Germaine Consulting LLC, which has been active since 1999, focusing on leadership development and performance improvement for business leaders. Prior experience includes a role as a consultant in change management at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) from 1984 to 1998 and serving as Associate Director of Admissions at Michigan State University from 1978 to 1983. Susan holds an MBA, a Master’s in Organizational Communication, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism, all from Michigan State University.
