Shannon Carter

Shannon Carter has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Assistant Controller for Fixed Assets at Vistra Energy since October 2016. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at Energy Future Holdings from December 1998 to October 2016, including Non Income Tax Manager and Senior Accounting Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Grayson College.
