Mathew Watkins

Mathew Watkins is an experienced corporate professional currently serving as the Head of Company Secretariat and Company Secretary at VISTRA since November 2021. Prior to this role, Mathew was the Company Secretary at Medibio Limited from November 2018 to April 2023 and held positions as Company Secretary and Corporate Accountant at Leydin Freyer Corp Pty Ltd from June 2013 to November 2021. Mathew holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Swinburne University of Technology, attained between 2010 and 2013, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, having completed relevant qualifications between 2014 and 2017.
