Jack Brayshaw

Jack Brayshaw is an experienced professional in technical innovation and sustainability within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Innovation at Vistry Group since May 2021, Jack leads the strategy for technical sustainability and provides guidance across business units. Prior to this role, Jack held various positions at Barratt Developments plc from June 2016 to May 2021, including Group Design and Sustainability Manager and Senior Technical and Innovation Coordinator. Jack's earlier career includes roles at Elmhurst Energy as a Senior Energy Consultant, where responsibilities involved consultancy on energy improvements and project management, and at BRE as a Senior Consultant focused on process efficiency and low energy research. Jack holds a Building Surveying BSc(Hons) and an HND in Construction and Property from The University of Salford.
