Ana Quiroz brings years of experience in international development, project management, and producing data-driven recommendations for clients. At Vital Wave, she focuses on data analysis and data visualization. Specializing in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, she has experience working in Latin America and West Africa, having served as an assistant and on-the-ground research coordinator on various evaluations. For example, she has supported a randomized control trial in Benin looking at the relationship between information dissemination and voter behavior, and also worked with the World Bank on the impact evaluation of a digital identification program in Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea. Before working with Vital Wave, Ms. Quiroz worked as a research consultant for various US-based organizations, spanning topics such as early childhood development, menstrual hygiene management, and young adult education. Ms. Quiroz holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is proficient in French.
