Anuradha Mahapatra is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in project management and business analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Vitality since September 2020, Anuradha also held roles as Delivery Head and Delivery and Release Manager. Previously, at Janus Henderson Investors, EMEA, from February 2019 to September 2020, Anuradha successfully led a challenging regulatory project, delivering IT changes for multiple business areas within strict timelines. Anuradha's expertise includes managing complex data migration and integration projects at Lloyds Banking Group, Symphony Teleca, and Wipro Technologies, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate legal, regulatory, and stakeholder challenges.
