Gemma Houlston

Gemma Houlston holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Loughborough University and has extensive experience in learning and development, coupled with a background in the arts and auctioneering. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Performance Consultant at Vitality since May 2022, Gemma previously held roles such as Learning and Development Specialist and Healthcare Associate at Vitality Group Inc. from June 2018 to May 2022. Past experiences include Saleroom Coordinator, Picture Valuer, Cataloguer, and Gallery Director at Duke's Auctioneers from December 2015 to April 2018, and Paintings and Prints Assessor/Cataloguer at Bamfords Auctioneers and Valuers Limited between November 2014 and August 2015. Earlier, Gemma contributed as a Volunteer Events Manager and Creative Coordinator for Forces in the Community and as Front of House Team Leader and Graduate Sales Room Assistant at Christie's. Further qualifications include the Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII), Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc.
