Rutchilia Bleus

Rutchilia Bleus is an experienced consultant currently serving as the Haiti Program Coordinator for Vitamin Angels since May 2019. Prior to this role, Rutchilia was the Scholarship Coordinator at Mercy Beyond Borders from April to December 2018, where responsibilities included establishing relationships with stakeholders, managing the Scholarship Program, and assessing program effectiveness. Rutchilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Hampton University (2009-2012) and furthered education at American University (2015-2017).
