Swenson Chen

Swenson Chen is a seasoned professional in the maritime industry, currently serving as Chartering Manager at Vitol since January 2024. Previously, Swenson held the role of Chartering Manager at Ardmore Shipping Corporation from August 2020 to January 2024, focusing on chartering for CPP MRs and Handies, including biofuels, chemicals, and edibles. Swenson has also advanced through various positions at Ardmore Shipping Corporation, initially as a Charterer and later as Deputy Chartering Manager for Asia and the Middle East. Earlier experience includes serving as Chartering Manager at Ocean Tankers Pte Ltd and as a Shipbroker specializing in dirty tankers at Howe Robinson Partners Pte Ltd.
