Matthew Khoo is a Deep Learning R&D Engineer at ViTrox Corporation Berhad since November 2022, focusing on applied research in areas such as few-shot segmentation, image registration, and continual learning. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at PT Autentika Digital Indonesia, where Matthew led the development of facial recognition projects and created efficient data generation pipelines. As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at PT Soluix Finteknologi Indonesia, Matthew enhanced a machine learning pipeline for automated face recognition, achieving significant improvements in model efficiency and prediction metrics. Matthew's journey in artificial intelligence began with an internship at PT Soluix Finteknologi, where foundational face recognition systems were developed. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Science in Advanced Computer Science from Monash University Malaysia and completion of the Monash University Foundation Year.
