Joseph Nemelka

Joseph Nemelka has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1995 when they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NIC. Joseph played a significant role in transforming the small Kansas start-up into a nationally recognized company. In 2002, they co-founded Integr8ted Technology Solutions, where they served as the CEO and developed custom software solutions for the National Basketball Association and the NCAA. From 2006 to 2013, they founded and served as the CEO of Traum-Urlaub, Inc. Then, in 2013, they joined Vitu as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for modernizing the vehicle registration process. Joseph later became the Executive Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Vitu. Overall, Joseph Nemelka has held various leadership positions and has been instrumental in the growth and success of multiple organizations.

Joseph Nemelka earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Kansas School of Law from 1993 to 1996.
