John Gerard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial roles across various industries, particularly healthcare services and energy. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Viva Eve since December 2024, John previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at Season from May 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, John was involved with BetterHealthcare in multiple capacities, including Vice President of Financial Operations & Growth Strategy and Operations Consultant. John began their career at Guggenheim Partners, progressing from Investment Banking Summer Associate to Investment Banking Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions focused on healthcare. Additionally, John managed Texas Oil & Gas Acquisitions as a Managing Member at Bull Path Energy Partners. Earlier roles include Strategic Planning Analyst and Financial Analyst at Noble Energy. John holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree from Georgetown University.
