Vera Thoonen

Vera Thoonen currently serves as a Thuisondersteuner at Vivent since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Huishoudelijke hulp at Envida from September 2021 to January 2023, an Assistent at De Maastricht Studie from October 2021 to September 2022, and Zorgassistent at Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei in July 2020. Vera also worked at Jumbo Supermarkten on the meat and cheese department from September 2015 to August 2017 and served as a Hockeytrainster at HCM Arnhem from September 2013 to July 2015. Education includes pursuing a Master's in Medicine at Maastricht University from April 2022 to February 2025, an Honours programme in the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences from 2019 to 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from 2018 to 2021. Vera also completed a Propedeuse in Biomedical Sciences at Maastricht University in 2017-2018 and earned a Gymnasium degree in Natuur en Gezondheid from Stedelijk Gymnasium Arnhem in 2011-2017.
