Laura Teixeira

Laura Teixeira is an experienced recruitment and selection supervisor currently leading a team at Viveo since April 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting training and performance evaluations, and preparing reports for the board. Previously, Laura served as a career transition consultant and a customer service analyst at STATO, where engagement with executives and support for outplacement programs were key focuses. Laura began their career in the legal field as a legal assistant at SPF Advocacia. Currently pursuing an MBA in People Management at USP/Esalq, Laura holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
