Alive Kuo

Alive Kuo is a Principal Engineer at 晶睿通訊 VIVOTEK since January 2020, leading a team in developing surveillance-related web applications and implementing processes such as monorepo and semantic-release for enhanced workflow and knowledge sharing. Previously, Kuo held positions as a Staff Engineer at KaiOS Technologies, Inc., where significant contributions included introducing modern JavaScript frameworks and optimizing system performance, and at Acadine Technologies, focusing on web-based applications using React. With earlier experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Mozilla Taiwan, Kuo contributed to the Firefox OS B2G team on various web API developments and improved the operating system's user interface. Kuo started the career as a Software Engineer at VIVOTEK INC, designing web UI components. Kuo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University.
