Priyanka Jain

Priyanka Jain is an experienced professional in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Lead-Compliance at Vivriti Asset Management since January 2024. Prior to this, Priyanka held the position of Senior Manager - Legal and Compliance at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) from December 2021 to January 2024. Additionally, Priyanka worked at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd. from December 2013 to December 2021 as Deputy Chief Manager-Risk & Compliance and Company Secretary. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Vidya Prasarak Mandals Thane Municipal Council Law College and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from M.L. Dahanukar College, along with training from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
