Mike Farrell

Mike Farrell has extensive experience in employee benefits advisory and consulting, currently serving as an Employee Benefits Advisor at Vizance since March 2012. In this role, Mike focuses on aligning organizational benefits with employee needs to attract and retain talent while managing costs. Additionally, Mike has held significant leadership positions, including Village President for the Village of Bristol, WI, and Chairman of the Board for the Wisconsin Group Insurance Board, which oversees a health plan for 200,000 state employees. Mike's previous roles include consultant positions at Creative Insurance Planning and Destiny Health, as well as leadership in various professional associations related to employee benefits. Mike holds an M.A. in Public Policy from New England College and a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
