Mike Gambla

Mike is a licensed physician and entrepreneur with a diverse background in practice management, medical device, pharmaceutical, and data analytics.

VIZI welcomes Dr. Gambla to our clinical advisory board where he will help us continually optimize the intersection of clinical workflow and technology enablement. Mike completed his MD residency at The Ohio State University, and has held numerous roles as an administrator, including Chief of Urology at Riverside Methodist Hospital and President of Central Ohio Urology Group, a large independent group practice.

In addition to his administrative experience, Mike founded Columbus Urology Research that conducted over 80 clinical phase one to phase four trials in both pharmaceutical and medical device verticals. Mike has held multiple advisory positions with Allergan, Astellas, Avadel, Bayer, Boston Scientific, Dendreon, GTX, and Pfizer. He is a founding partner and Chief Medical Officer for Medical Search Technologies, a medical text data mining software.
