Tom Stoffel

Tom Stoffel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and manufacturing, currently serving as Member Performance Principal and Principal Consultant at Vizient, Inc since January 2016. Prior to this role, Tom was Vice President at Healthcare Performance Partners, where the focus was on transforming healthcare delivery. Previous positions include Owner of Transformation Group, Inc, where Lean Thinking was introduced to organizations, and Lean Specialist - Team Lead at the Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center, providing Lean assistance and training to various manufacturing companies. Tom began the career as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist at Burgess Norton Manufacturing. Tom holds a BSE in Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan.
